“My husband, Michael, and I had been searching for a new home for 3+ years when we made the decision to build with Traditions by Donnay•. Although our search took longer than expected, in hindsight !! we wouldn /t want it any other way! The search process enabled us to refine exaclly what we desired& educated us on the build options for each price point. After our first meeting with Chad Donnay to explore a new build opportunity with Traditions by Donnay, we knew we had our found our home!
Among the long list of qualities that confirmed this was the right builder for us, the to qualities that we feel really set this builder apart are quality and professionalism.
In regard to quality, the m ment we set foot in our first Traditions by Donnay home, we could instantly notice the difference in design, construction & finish quality vs. other homes at similar price points. This was no exception when we moved forward with the build process for our home. The quality of the standard finishes and the allowances provided were exceptional & therefore we had to invest minimal in upgrades. The floorplan was designed very thoughtfully, with efficient use of square footage & inclusive of all the amenities desired for a family with young kids (large mudroom, ample storage, spacious bedrooms & bathrooms, etc.). After having lived in our house for almost one year now, we have experienced first-hand the quality of the construction & the strategic usage of space. We love so many details of our home! It has beautiful large windows that let in great light, an open floor plan perfect for entertaining, functional living spaces, and distinctive design details. We continue to be impressed with the value for the investment.
In addition to the impressive quality, we were also extremely happy with the professionalism of the builder & the contractors. As first-time homebuilders, we had a ton of questions & perhaps unique requests ! The builder, Chad, was always prompt to respond & receptive to our feedback. Although decisions had to be made rapidly to ensure we closed as scheduled, we never felt rushed & were always able to take the time we needed to ensure comfort with every decision. Chad would always tell us, l all only do (the work) if it’s a 10 out of 10,a and he held to that promise. We would argue that we got higher than a 10/10!BuiIding can be overwhelming, but Chad ensured we were very comfortable & educated on the process, and he even made it fun! His years of experience, desire for perfection, and sense of humor were very much appreciated when we /d find ourselves debating minor decisions to the death! Throughout the building process, we worked directly with many of the contractors & also found them to be very friendly with great expertise at their craft. Similarly, the contractors were prompt to our inquiries & took great care of our home during the construction process. Throughout the entire build process, there was open communication & very satisfactory support from a customer service standpoint.
All in all, we could not be hppier with our decision to build with Traditions by Donnay. The longer we live in our house, the more we love it. We would highly recommend Traditions by Donnay to our friends & family due to the high quality build & first-class professionalism which sets them apart as a custom home builder, among many other qualities of distinction.
