More Home for your Money

When many people in Minnesota think of luxury home
building, chances are, Donnay Homes will be the first name
that comes to mind. Donnay Homes is Minnesota’s oldest,
family-owned, home building company. Donnay Homes
has built more homes than any other luxury home builder
in the state of Minnesota.
In 1941 when Minnesota was readying itself for war in Europe and celebrating the Minnesota Golden Gophers
football national championship, Vern and Geri Donnay
started Donnay Homes

My Family has been building in Homes in Minnesota since
1941! I'm the 4th generation of my family to carry on this
Tradition in Minnesota. I have built thousands of homes in
the twin cities over the last 25 years. The Donnay name has
always signified quality and craftsmanship that is
unmatched in the home building industry. Kate and I
started Traditions by Donnay Homes in 2014 because we
noticed a very disturbing trend in our industry. Builders
charging $400,8500, even $600 dollars a square foot for
Custom Homes in my home city of Edina where I live .
